Toner & Cartridges Recycling
Used toner and ink cartridges, if not disposed of properly, can cause serious harm to the environment. They contain plastic, residual toner powder, and chemical components that contribute to soil and water contamination. These wastes are commonly generated by offices, educational institutions, and printing facilities, which often lack a proper recycling or disposal mechanism.
CWM identified a significant gap in the safe recycling and recovery of toner and cartridge waste within the country. Due to limited awareness and lack of infrastructure, many organizations resort to unsafe disposal practices, leading to increased landfill waste and environmental hazards.
To address this concern, CWM introduced an environmentally responsible Toner & Cartridge Recycling Program. This initiative aims to help organizations manage their printer waste effectively while supporting a circular economy. Through our process, we collect, segregate, and recycle used cartridges to recover valuable components such as plastics, metals, and residual toner, ensuring minimal waste generation.
